Dallas, TX —/PRNewswire/Securus Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of inmate communications services and investigative technologies, today announced it has reached another call volume record.    Through its industry leading Secure Call Platform (SCP), call volume recently reached 11,035 simultaneous calls.  “This level of simultaneous calls couldn’t have occurred without our years of investment in SCP’s architecture to create a powerful network and platform that no other competitor can match,” said Larry Ehlers, VP of Applications for Securus.  While call volume continues to grow each month, Securus’ ability to increase the number of concurrent calls demonstrates that SCP is capable of managing peak traffic on an unlimited basis.
