Available Payment Methods

There are a number of convenient payment methods available to you:

Traditional Collect account
With a Traditional Collect account, charges for collect calls you receive from inmates are included on your local telephone bill. With this option, you are assigned a 90-day rolling spending limit for your Traditional Collect account. Each time you accept a collect call from an inmate, the charges are deducted from your available spending limit, and we submit those charges to your local telephone company to add to your local telephone bill. If you reach or exceed your spending limit during any rolling 90-day period, your Traditional Collect account will be temporarily blocked from receiving additional inmate calls. As the charges roll off and your balance drops back below the 90-day rolling spending limit, your account will be unblocked and you will be able to accept additional inmate calls up to the spending limit.

If you regularly need to receive more calls than your spending limit allows, you can open a prepaid AdvanceConnect account to continue receiving calls. If your line is blocked because you have exceeded your spending limit, you may click here or call Securus Correctional Billing Services to open a prepaid AdvanceConnect account.

Western Union Payment Instructions

WESTERN UNION PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Payments* can easily be made in person or online using Western Union® Quick Collect®.

Instructions on Using Quick Collect®

  • The Receiver of the Quick Collect payment can be found under Select Other Billers and should be Securus
  • Please follow the online prompts to complete the payment.
  • If you are not a registered user at Western Union® you will be asked to register.

Instructions on Using Western Union Payment Form

  • In the Payment Information section you will be asked for Pay To, Code City and State:
    • Pay To should be Securus
    • Code City should be Securus
    • State should be TX

Please include your 6 or 7 digit Account number. If you are unsure of your Account number please login or call us at 1-800-844-6591.

MoneyGram Payment Instructions

MoneyGram Payment Instructions for AdvanceConnect™ or Direct Bill account

At a MoneyGram location, you must complete the Express Payment Blue Form.  For each MoneyGram Express Payment transaction, the following information must be provided:

  1. Your Securus Six to Seven Digit Account Number or your Ten Digit Telephone Number (entered with no spaces or dashes).  If you are unsure of your Account Number, please login to Manage My Account or call us at 1-800-844-6591.
  2. Company Name: Securus
  3. City & State:  Dallas, TX
  4. Receive Code: 9819

 

For MoneyGram FormFree® locations, such as CVS/pharmacy, please follow these steps:

  1. Pick up the MoneyGram phone - it will auto dial MoneyGram Customer Service.
  2. When prompted for the transaction type, select Pay A Bill from the menu list
  3. Enter the telephone number associated with your AdvanceConnect™ account or Direct Bill account.
  4. You will be connected to a live MoneyGram agent who will ask you to confirm your telephone number, name, address, Securus account number, the amount you're sending and the Securus receive code.
  5. You will receive key information from the MoneyGram agent which you will want to write down.
  6. Take all key information to the cashier at the retail location who will collect the cash, transaction fee, and complete the payment.

* If your payment is mailed, it may take 7 to 10 business days to process. To ensure timely processing of your payment, please include your ten digit telephone number as well as your Account number on the memo line.

Additional Fees & Charges
When paying with a personal check please be aware that a returned check charge of up to $25 may be applied for dishonored checks. Additional charges such as late payment fees may apply where applicable.
