In order to begin visiting with an inmate from the comfort of your home, office, or any location equipped with high speed internet, a PC, and webcam, you must first create a Securus Video Visitation account.
Step 1:
Click on the "Get Started Now" button.
Step 2:
The system will automatically run a test verifying you have the needed software installed on your computer. If you see a stop sign icon instead of a checkmark icon, please click on the link next to the item(s) in order to download the correct software.

Important Note: You will be required to manually test your webcam. Please click on the "Test Webcam" link in order to proceed to next step.

Once everything has been verified, select whether you are a Friends & Family or Attorney user.

Step 3:
Complete the enrollment form.
Step 4:
You will be asked to provide a piece of official photo identification (example: Driverís license, attorney ID, etc.). When prompted, click on the "Allow" button. This will allow the software to recognize your webcam in order to complete the registration process.

Note that attorneys are required to provide their attorney ID.

Hold your photo identification up to the webcam and click on the "Capture" button. If the image is not clear please repeat Step 4 until you are satisfied with the image. Once satisfied with the picture, click on the "Save Image" button.

Step 5:
You will be asked to take a picture of yourself to verify that you are the person identified in the previous step. When prompted, click on the "Allow" button to allow the system to recognize your webcam.

Ensure that your face is centered in the middle of the photo and click on the "Capture" button. If the image is not clear, repeat step 5 until you are satisfied with the image. Once satisfied with the picture, click on the "Save Image" button.

Step 6:
You will be asked to validate that all information entered is correct. If all information is correct, click the "Save" button to finalize the enrollment process.

Important Note: Within 15 minutes, you will be sent an activation email to the email address provided during the enrollment process. You must click on the activation link within the email in order to activate your new account. If you do not receive the email within 15 minutes, please check your Junk/Trash email folder.

Once your account is activated, you must request access to the correctional facility where you would like to begin schedule video visitation sessions. To do so, log in to your Securus Video Visitation account and click on the "Add Sites" button. Once your request is submitted, the correctional facility will review and either approve or deny your request. If approved, you can begin scheduling video visitation sessions.
